Brief Explanation of this Constitution

This constituion is a redacted and revised version of my actual personal constitution removing details I've deemed too personal to be shared with the wider public.

April 21st Constitution of the ABL-ALF

Preamble:

Following the catastrophe which took place on April 21st and the conclusion of my tactical disillusionment after May 9th I have been attempting to formulate a new way forward toward liberation. A tactic, or rather set of principles which will hold true and guide me toward liberation. To dispel and eradicate the reactionary vestiges of the so called "boymode." My trials and tribulations from those days have brought me closer to forming a concrete set of principles necessary to achieve liberation and situational safety. A year on from those events I have arrived at a higher still formulation of liberation ideology, the construction of a constitution for the aggregation of principles. The construction of a revolutionary, anti-boymode, forwardist, and most importantly Ava's constitution based on the principles of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism is bound to set things straight and dispel this rotten state of affairs which I have found myself in.

Chapter 1 - General Principles:

Section 1 - Declarations of Identity:

Article 1 - Declaration of Organization Name:

The name of the vanguard organization to lead myself to liberation and a post-transition era is the "Anti-Boymoder League – Ava Liberation Front(ABL-ALF)"

Article 2 - Declaration of Identity:

In accordance with investigation and objective reality my name is Ava, and I am a transgender non-binary girl. I am not a woman. In addition to those things I am also a lesbian.

Section 2 - Declaration of Principles:

Article 3 - Declaration of Adherence to Marxism-Leninism-Maoism:

The universal doctrine of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism has proven itself applicable to my specific conditions and thus is to be the basis of my world outlook and I am to adhere to its principles generally and particularly in relation to my conditions.

Article 4 - Declaration of Self Determination:

My destiny is to be made and created by me and me alone within my particular material conditions.

Article 5 - Declaration of Total War on "Native" Reaction:

So called "native" reaction elements within the mind are to be exterminated. Ideally in whole.

Article 6 - Declaration of Position on Socialization:

Ava is to work toward the (re)development of her social skills and socialize herself.

Article 7 - Declaration of Position on Self Harm:

Self harm is only to be permitted in times of extreme distress as a last resort coping and stress relief mechanism.

Article 8 - Declaration of Position on Suicide:

Suicide is banned.

Section 3 - Declaration of Principles of Work, Study, and Action

Article 9 - Declaration of Principle of Principles:

All formulated principles are to be kept within this or updated constitutions, GDs, or other documents meant to simply and clearly aggregate principles of action. And those documents are to be accompanied by explanation documents explaining each of their sections, articles, etc.

Article 10 - Declaration of Principle of Study of Marxism:

The study of marxism, marxist history, and marxist principles is to be taken seriously. Such subjects are to be studied rigorously and notes should be taken.

Article 11 - Declaration of Principle of Work and Action:

When engaging in work or of any action of any sort Ava should adhere to her preexisting principles outlining how to engage in said activity

Section 4 - Establishment of Official Things:

Article 12 - Establishment of Official Font:

Ava's official (preferred) font is "VT323" and her secondary official (preferred) font is "comfortaa."

Article 13 - Establishment of Official Aesthetic:

Ava's official aesthetic is laborwave

Chapter 2 - Fundamental Rights and Obligations of Ava:

Section 5 - Declaration of Basic Fundamental Rights:

Article 14 - Declaration of Freedom of Action:

Ava is free to undertake any action, mission, project, etc, that she pleases so long as it is in accordance with the principles of this constitution.

Article 15 - Declaration of Freedom of Thought:

Ava is free to think anything she pleases.

Article 16 - Declaration of Freedom of Expression:

Ava should be free to express herself in any manner she pleases so long as this expression will not draw harm to herself from reactionaries or other bad actors.

Article 17 - Declaration of Right to Rest:

Ava has a right to rest and is obligated to do so.

Section 6 - Declaration of General Obligations:

Article 18 - Declaration of Obligation to Maintain Internet Presences:

Ava is obligated to maintain her internet presences, she is to upkeep her website regularly, as well as her youtube channels.

Article 19 - Declaration of Work Order:

Work is to be completed in the order which it is listed within the latest DPlD version and moved around in accordance with existing rules.

Section 7 - Declaration of Defensive Principles:

Article 20 - Declaration of a "Base Area" and its Maintenance:

My room is to be established as my base area and should contain materials necessary for prolonged isolated operation. In addition to this the base area should be dutifully maintained.

Chapter 3 - Principles of Transition:

Section 8 - Declaration of Importance:

Article 21 - Declaration of Superiority of Transition Over All Other Tasks:

Transition is to be considered of supreme importance and tasks relating to it are to take precedence over all others.

Article 22 - Declaration of the Supreme Importance of Maintaining HRT Access:

Out of all tasks relating to transition, maintaining access to HRT is to be considered most important and all efforts should be put on maintaining access when hrt supply is under threat.

Section 9 - Declaration of Transition Goals:

Article 23 - Declaration of Behavioral/Characteristic Transition Goals:

The ABL-ALF is to work toward the construction of an Ava who is, cutesy, aloof, friendly, pastel, and most importantly feminine.

Section 10 - Declaration of Transition Principles:

Article 24 - Declaration of Adherence to Existing Transition Principles:

In the struggle of transition the ABL-ALF is to adhere to the preexisting principles of transition which I have written about.

Article 25 - Declaration of Adherence to Existing Voice Training Principles:

As a component of the struggle for transition the Ava is to adhere to the existing principles of voice training as written in the relevant GD.

Article 26 - Commissioning the Expansion and Development of Existing Transition Principles:

In accordance with the fact that the existing transition principles are not completely fleshed out Ava is to develop them further until they are. And work is to be done on them at regular intervals.

Chapter 4 - Principles of Socialization:

Section 11 - Declaration of Socialization Principles:

Article 27 - Declaration of Necessity of Socialization:

Socialization, as in the development of social skills and capacities, is a necessary and integral endeavor in the struggle for transition and personal development.

Section 12 - Statement of Requirements for Social Development:

Article 28 - Commissioning an Investigation into Historical Socialization:

An investigation into historical socialization attempts must be conducted as the basis for the formulation of a socialization policy and standard social policy.

Article 29 - Commissioning an Establishment of Socializing Principles:

Emerging from the investigation of historical socialization attempts, a policy for socialization informing the principles of that undertaking must be formulated.

Chapter 5 - Principles of Personality:

Section 13 - Declaration of Personality:

Article 30 - Declaration of Personal Principles:

In addition to the principles of personality to be constructed as stated in article 26, Ava is to be disciplined in action and adhere to all principles which she conjures or finds agreeable.

Chapter 6 - Principles of Defense:

Section 14 - Declaration of Defense Principles:

Article 31 - Declaration of Positioning of Ego-Defense as an Utmost Priority:

The defense of the self above all is the core of all actions taken by Ava in the current era where reaction reigns supreme in their control over her life. Stemming from this fact ego-defense is to be considered of supreme importance above all other tasks or issues.

Article 32 - Declaration of Liberatory and Defensive Principles:

In defense of the self and in the pursuit of ego-liberation, in alignment with article 37, all means necessary in defense of the self or ego-liberation should be permitted. All means except suicide and murder.

Article 33 - Declaration of Commitment to Ego-Defense:

In the event where reaction finds itself emboldened to go on the offensive again reminiscent of the catastrophe of April 21st, I am not permitted to back down and must stand my ground in defense of myself even if said defense risks my life.

Chapter 7 - Ava's Great Trial:

Section 15 - THE LONG MARCH:

In accordance with all principles of defense, ego-liberation, and self construction. In the scenario in which reaction dares to enact another aggression against Ava and her transition she is to engage in "the long march." Following the procedures as stated in the Long March GD.

Article 35 - Declaration of Procedure For Putting Forth Constitution Amendments:

Any amendments made to the constitution must first have a provided explanation for their addition and their content.

Chapter 9 - Ava's Official Symbols:

Article 36 - Ava's Flag:

The bottom half of the flag is pink representing the femininity which my personality is based upon and the top half is "labor red" representing how revolutionary activity is only possible through transition constructing a "feminine personality basis." And lastly a yellow triangle situated in the middle representing the unity of all revolutionary fronts of the self, forming together into the ALF.

Article 37 - Ava's Flag:

Ava's emblem is a combination of a keyboard in the center with a mouse sticking out to the left and an electronic pen to the right in the style of a "juche hammer and sickle."

Closing Statements:

Through the drafting of this document of principles, emerging out of the fires of torment I've endured since the catastrophe of April 21st, I now begin to truly chart my course onward toward ego-liberation and joining up with the wider revolutionary movement for the abolition of oppression. This constitution of April 21st shall form the foundation for all my achievements on into the future!
